PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE POLICY

1. GloryDNS does not (and will never) sell, license, sub-license or share any data that our users transmit directly or indirectly with any person or entity.
GloryDNS is a free security/content filtering service that is 100% funded, owned and controlled by its founder and will never engage in any data sharing or selling activity, now or in the future.

2. When the service comes into contact with user data that will not be logged, the data will be discarded every 5 minutes.
When answering a DNS query, the server discards all request and response data every 5 minutes after sending back a response to you, within those 5 minutes we will monitor any domain queries containing malware, ads & tracker, adult content and add them to the GLoryDNS default filter.
Unless specifically requested by the user, no data is recorded and stored for more than 5 minutes.

3. We protect our users from privacy exposure to other services with which we must interact in order to operate properly.
If you use DNS Over HTTPS / DNS Over TLS on our service, then your ISP Public IP is not recorded in our DNS Server query log.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access our Services.

- Communication
By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

- Donate
We are very grateful and very open if we are given a donation which we will use to continue to develop GloryDNS so that it remains always free to become a very satisfying free content filtering service.

- Account
When you create an account with us, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Our service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GloryDNS.
GloryDNS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services. We do not guarantee the offers of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that GloryDNS will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with the use of or dependence on any content, goods or services available on or through such third party websites or services. shall be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss whatsoever caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through such third party websites or services.

- Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and block access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to violations of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, title provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification and limitations of liability.

- Confidentiality
Anyone who submits a report can choose to do so anonymously. Reports of violations or suspected violations will be kept confidential as far as possible, in line with the need to carry out an adequate investigation.
